Collaborated closely with senior design and digital stakeholders to deliver thoughtful UX and UI solutions across AXA’s digital ecosystem, including websites, apps, digital platforms, newsletters, email campaigns and social media channels. My work spanned the full design journey, from insight-led discovery informed by customer needs and industry trends, through personas, storyboards, wireframes, concepts, scenarios, user flows and use cases, to final product delivery.

Alongside product design, I developed a wide range of internal and external communications, bringing ideas to life through visual storytelling and interactive digital experiences. I ensured consistency with AXA IM brand values and guidelines, aligned with AXA Group global standards where required, and contributed to the ongoing evolution of digital brand guidelines in response to changing business strategy and emerging trends.
